Dr. Zebel is an expert at her craft in every sense of the word. She is kind, nonjudgmental, and thoughtful. I am not new to therapy, but the approach Dr. Zebel took of understanding my current issues and relating it to my past conflicts was novel and genuinely helpful. She also redefined what being a good listener means by raising the bar substantially. I have a sense of peace that I am truly grateful for, thanks to her help.

Dr Zebel is extraordinarily good at what she does. I am an adult in my 60's and have had many therapeutic relationships over the years. Her skill and compassion helped me see new ways forward in my life during a difficult time. She was a real partner in my growth. She supported me emotionally when I needed it. She offered me a safe place where I could open up and work on issues that have plagued me for years. Dr Zebel also helped me develop practical skills for coping with life and navigating relationships. If you find yourself sitting opposite her in her office or on a zoom call, you are one of the lucky ones!
Dr Zebel has not only an immense breadth of knowledge but also a profound sense of compassion. Her support and guidance has helped me to navigate through very difficult issues, especially past traumas and depression. I have been asking myself the same questions for over 30 years, and Dr. Zebel helped me to realize I haven't found the answers because they're the wrong questions.
